Charity Golf Classics have been part and partial of Cahercalla funding for many years. Every Fifth year The Cahercalla Hospice Charity Golf Classic is a pre qualifier for the J P McManus Invitational Pro Am which is held in Adare Manor Golf & Country Club.
Each €10,000 raised on the day of the pre qualifying classic will enable a team to be sent to the Grand Qualifying Tournament. The top charity teams from the Grand Qualifying Tournament will then go forward to the Pro Am Tournament itself (which takes place in July 2010.)
Every euro we make in the Classics helps to improve the quality of life for terminally ill patients and their families. We do depend on the community for support and are so grateful to the people of Clare and beyond for their generosity over the years. We are humbled by the way that people still dig deep for this worthwhile cause.
